We work closely with participants and loved ones respecting their choices and understanding their needs to tailor support and care services that suit your unique circumstances.
OUR SERVICE HIGHLIGHTS
Our services include but are not limited to:
- Personal care. This involves undressing, showering, dressing, toileting, feeding, stoma care, peg feeding and administering medication.
- Domestic duties. This involves cooking, tidying, cleaning, yard work and anything else the participant wants done around the home.
- Community access. This can be anything from going to the shops, transporting to appointments, to community outings and events.
- Community Nursing
- Incontinence assessments
- Wound care and skin integrity
- Medication assistance compliance
- Stoma and Catheter care
- Etc.
- STA, MTA, Emergency and SDA Accommodation
- Great Property and wheelchair accessible
- Wild life experiences, swimming pool, and Social activities included
- Large screen Tv and split system air-conditioning
- Super healthy meals as chosen by participants. Can be modified for different dietary requirements, etc.
- Social Participation and Upskilling Activities
- Community Access and Participation, Shopping Assistance, Upskilling services (learning to use public transport, essential cooking, managing finance (pocket money), etc
- Social and Life style outings, including trips to fun and friendly environments, this includes movie world, eco-park, fishing, pottery, horse riding/sessions, Sailability. All our outings we include pick up and drop off services and also morning and afternoon tea. (Lunches at participants expenses).
- Assistance with Daily Life.
- Personal care (showering, dressing, drying, toileting, bowel therapy, etc.
- Domestic Assistance: Cooking, cleaning, vacuuming, moping, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, etc. (it can be tailored accordingly to participants needs)
- Medication administration, Webster pack, ointment application, diabetes assistance, optic medication, stoma care and peg feeding, etc.
- Yard Work maintenance
- Helping with gardening, watering your plants, and general low level care of gardening.
- Specialised Transport
- 12 seater van with wheelchair lift
- Comfortable seating,
- Our vans are fully air-conditioning, maintained regularly and meets safety standards.
Angels on duty also have a beautiful property available for STA/MTA and emergency accommodation. It is available 24 hours a day. Participants can bring their own support workers, or we can provide one for the length of your stay. Our support workers are well known for their supportive and compassionate care, and are highly qualified and regarded.

- Enjoy access to farm and animal activities, swimming, walking, hiking, picnics and more with the support and assistance of our team of professional carers. Equine therapy is also available on request.
WE OFFER A WIDE RANGE OF COMMUNITY NURSING SERVICES
Our registered nurses will work with you to create strategies that suit your needs as well as those of your family and loved ones. We are able to provide assistance with transitioning from hospital to homes.
We also provide advice and support for health practitioner treatments as well as post-surgery support, care and advice.
Pain management and palliative care, end of life support and advice can be provided where necessary.
Our nurses can also undertake medication management and administration, infection control and hand hygiene, basic urinary health and bowel care, basic pressure area and prevention and nasogastric or PEG feeding.
